Happy New Year, all! Looks like 2016 is going to be a busy one for GGP and Glenbervie…lots of interest already in the new piping classes starting on Feb 2nd in Falkirk Trinity church. Before then, Glenbervie will be doing a recital there, on Fri 15th Jan from 12-12.30. Free entry, but donations welcome. (Oh, and CDs will be on sale). Then we are taking part with other Carroncast members in the Big Bairns Burns Bash at Falkirk Town Hall on Sat 23rd Jan, at 7.30pm. Sure to be a fun night, with lots of local groups providing entertainment!
Advance notice – GGP will be on holiday from 27 Feb to 13 March, due to a very special occasion…;) After that, it will be all systems go! Especially as Neil and Kathryn are both playing in the Tryst Orchestra’s May concert, so rehearsals will be kicking off for that…plus lots of other stuff in between!
